From time-plans, drinks, and dietary requirements, to tablescape design, equipment hire and set up and much more, we can ensure your day runs smoothly so you can relax.

Kelmsley Catering always source ingredients as locally and ethically as possible, many are even homegrown. Our food is not fussy. We believe in great ingredients, cooked expertly then presented simply and elegantly; flavour always comes first.

Canapés

  • Organic Sussex smoked salmon & cream cheese crostini, onuga caviar & dill

  • Miniature Devon crab tartlets with lemon cream & cress

  • Sussex rump steak & cherry tomato ‘pops’ with mustard mayo

  • Parmesan shortbread topped with fig chutney & goats cheese curd

  • Feta & watermelon skewer with cracked black pepper & fresh mint

Starter

Poached salmon, beetroot cubes, horseradish cream, pea shoots, dressed in a honey, orange & wholegrain mustard vinaigrette

Five spice duck breast, saffron dauphinoise potato, sugar snaps peas, mustard frill, cranberry jus

Pear mille feuille, cardamom cream, salted caramel sauce, vanilla fudge

Styled street food stand:Chicken and halloumi fajitas with sour cream, cheese, jalapenos & lime

Jacqueline and her team are exceptional. Right from our first enquiry through to planning and on our actual wedding day, the service, creativity, passion and attention to detail was first class. Jacqueline helped to understand our theme and brought that to life with quirky ideas and detail. The service on the day was oustanding with lots of guests commenting on our how friendly and attentive the staff were and the food was absolutely delicious! Not only that, Jacqueline and her team went the extra mile to help with other bits and pieces on the day which really helped out. Cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you!
