We are a small family business based in the coastal village of Pagham, a few miles south of Chichester, West Sussex. Headed by founder and Award-winning Chef Jacqueline Wise, we cook seasonal, local, nourishing and vibrant menus, produced in a nature-friendly way. We would love to be part of your big day.

 

As passionate foodies, we believe good food brings people together. From eye catching canapes topped with our homegrown edible flowers, to beautifully plated Mediterranean inspired meals, roasted meat platters, fire-cooked feasting BBQ menus and fun street food style evening options, our style is fresh and original with lots of ways to get creative and make your menu unique.

 

We only cater for a select number of Weddings per year, and never have more than one on the same week, let alone on the same day. We get to know our clients as individuals, and offer support through the planning process including hearty tastings at our founder’s home. As well as delicious and memorable food and serving seconds (yes really!) we are known for our skills showcasing ethical and wild ingredients, our uncompromising high standards and our meticulous attention to detail.

 

We cater for all dietary preferences seeing them as a point of creativity, never a problem. We serve the drinks you supply, advise on timings, general planning, organise all your equipment hire, set everything up and ensure everything on the day runs smoothly so you can simply relax, knowing you’re in safe hands.
